I think Tabata is pretty self-explanatory (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each round. Complete circuit 2x). Except I did rounds 1-3 2x then I did round 4 - sprints on the treadmill at 10.0mph. I did 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 5-10 minutes.
I felt tired but great after this workout. Lots of cardio, but a little strength in there with the pushups and ab work. I think I did alright for my first creation!
