Mustard and Navy

This past weekend I was in Milwaukee to be a bridesmaid for an amazing friend's wedding. Friday night was the rehearsal dinner and we were instructed that the dress was casual (which is pretty open to interpretation). I knew the bride was wearing a dress, so basically anything was acceptable. Two of the other bridesmaids were in jeans and cute tops, but I went with my new mustard cardigan (mustard is a HOT fall color!!), my navy sweater dress, and some brown boots.

Sorry for the boring hotel background, but at least I had a special someone to take the pics for me with a camera instead of self-pics from my MacBook Pro! ;-)



Cardigan: {Target}
Dress: Rugby (old) {similar, non-sweater version} 
Belt: H&M {similar}
Boots: Nine West (old) {similar}

Obviously I'm not comfortable in front of the camera since 1. I chop my head off in all posted pictures and 2. I have 1 pose (left hand on hip, cross legs). Any helpful posing suggestions?!

      I think this sweater is going to be one of my favs this fall! I'm not normally a yellow girl, but I think this is so warm and lovely.

    I love mustard as well! I tend to buy mustard purses as an easy way to accent my outfits.

    This outfit looks absolutely gorgeous on you! One of my favs so far I think :)
