There are some days that I don't have time to do a full 60 minute workout. There are also times that I don't feel like lifting weights, and I just want to sweat it out via cardio. But I get bored running on the treadmill for 30 minutes straight or doing just the elliptical. For those days, I like to do a treadmill interval workout. I adapted a few of Julie's treadmill workouts from Peanut Butter Fingers (if you don't read her blog, you should!)
I also stole Julie's idea to use PicMonkey to make this workout look more festive. Don't you love it?!
I NEEDED to get up and go to the gym this morning but didn't quite make it.. I'll take reading this as an effort :) Thanks for sharing!
