- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 oz feta cheese (I just sprinkled it in, I didn't measure)
- 2/3 box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs?
I grilled them for about 8-10 minutes on a medium-low flame. Be sure they are fully cooked! *Sorry I didn't take pictures of the process!*
Also, last week when I was in Memphis, I ate dinner at Humdingers. It was pretty healthy (a little heavy on the oil) since I got grilled fish with a mango salsa and grilled sweet potato. The meal also came standard with rice, but I think next time I will upgrade to grilled zucchini instead. I was very intrigued by the grilled sweet potato and I was not disappointed! Here's a picture of my Humdingers dinner:
Of course I thought that grilling sweet potato is super easy, I can do that! Well, a few of them didn't quite make it...
Do you ever try to recreate restaurant dishes? What's on the menu at your place this weekend??
Hey, you did better than I could ever do...I usually burn it all! LOL! That's why i let Ross do the grilling in our house! Happy weekend!

Usually I'm pretty good on the grill. O well, ya win some, ya lose some!

ReplyDeleteI haven't tried them, but thanks for the suggestion!
