Training Tuesday - BBBC Week 2

This week was a MUCH better fitness week! It was definitely crazy with work travel and such, but I completed 5 workouts as well as doing a plank EVERY DAY THIS WEEK! My other goal from Tina's Best Body Boot Camp this week was to read before bed. Technically I read 6 out of 7 nights, but one night was only a page because I got distracted by a tv show, so I didn't count that night.


Monday's activity was a solid workout with my trainer. Tuesday night I went to the gym with the intention of doing Tina's workout B and cardio. However, when I pulled into the parking lot, so did my little sister! I was surprised to see her since she works late the next few months, but she was able to get out of work early and chose to hit the gym before headed home. So proud!! Instead of Tina's workout, my sis and I did some circuit training, she picked the first sets and I picked the second sets. It was fun!

Wednesday was a LONG day with an early flight and lots of work stuff. Thursday I FINALLY had a chance to do Workout B! Of course I modified it (I modify everything) but here are 2 of my favorite moves:

Now, the Scorpion is a move that I modified (and Tina says its ok!).  I had to put the ball against the wall so it didn't roll away from me. Then I only tucked my knee instead of straightening out my leg. This move was HARD! But I hope to get to the point where I don't have to modify it at all.
Friday and Sunday were quick hotel workouts. I mixed up some of Tina's moves and some of my trainer's moves. Nothing to write home about, but I got a little sweaty.
I have now started week 3 of BBBC and I'm ready to take on the challenge!!
